Er. Amol G Sable – Civil Engineer
BE (Civil) Engineer practicing since 2010 with experience in PMC and PCMC areas.Handled residential and commercial projects including low-rise buildings and 12-floor towers.Successfully completed around 5 lakh sq. ft. of construction.Partner at ROOFONE Buildcon LLP, managing turnkey and redevelopment projects since 2017.
C N Deshmukh – Finance
Master in Commerce with experience since 2007, working as CFO & Managing Director in a Pvt. Ltd. company. Experienced in financial advisory, development, and sales for projects across PMC, PCMC, Nanded, and Aurangabad. Completed 35+ residential and commercial projects, helping over 250 families own homes.Partner in the firm handling turnkey and redevelopment projects since 2019.
Ravindra Sharma – Marketing
B.Sc., DBM (Marketing) professional with 35 years of experience in real estate marketing and advertising.Led by Mr. Ravindra Sharma, a leader in national real estate associations and a regular newspaper contributor on real estate topics. Partner at Anirudra Landmarks and Bodh Developers.
Sahil Shah – Accounts
Shoulders responsibilities of income tax and company secretary laws andworks related to filing of returns, taxation and statutory governmentprocedures.
Adv. Mahesh Gaidhani – Legal
Advocate specializing in revenue laws including MRTP Act 1966, MLR Code 1966, and ULC Acts. Well-versed with central and state government regulations and court rulings. Expert in land title verification and structuring processes to ensure clear land ownership.
